About K-StateHD.TV:

K-StateHD.TV teams Kansas State University staff and students with K-State Athletics’ staff to produce around 100 live events each year for Big 12 Conference distribution partners, notably Big 12 Now on ESPN+. Production crew members work to produce many of K-State's athletic events, including football, volleyball, women's soccer, men's/women's basketball, and baseball. K-StateHD.TV produces in-house video board shows, as well as national broadcasts.

My Role:

I have worked with K-StateHD.TV since my first year at K-State. I have learned a variety of positions during my time on staff. The positions I work most frequently include "GFX" which is running the in-house video board shows. This position uses VIZRT software. During basketball season I use the Motion Rocket software to control promotions and the stadium atmosphere. For baseball season, I direct our videoboard shows or use the Daktronics software to control the videoboard. I have experience working under ESPN's direction during primetime broadcasts.
