About the MWR:

Fort Riley MWR, or Morale, Welfare, and Recreation, is a program that offers activities and services to support the community, soldiers, and families at Fort Riley. MWR programs help improve quality of life and readiness.

My Role:

As a Marketing Specialist at Fort Riley MWR, I managed commercial sponsorships for community events, identifying potential partners and fostering long-term relationships. I developed compelling sponsorship proposals, negotiated partnership packages, and ensured sponsors received maximum value. Additionally, I collaborated with design teams to create marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, advertisements, and website content to effectively promote events and initiatives.
